Chicken And Vegetables - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 chicken breasts (about 3 oz. each)
2 large potatoes, sliced
1 c. peas
2 cloves garlic, diced
1/2 c. fresh parsley, diced (use less if dried)
1/2 c. celery, diced (include celery tops)
1 c. white wine
1/2 c. red onion, sliced
1 tsp. rosemary
1/2 tsp. black pepper
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Place chicken breasts on bottom of deep, stainless steel, nonstick pan.
Sprinkle the parsley, rosemary, garlic and pepper over chicken.
Place a layer of cut potatoes across chicken.
Sprinkle 1/2 cup of peas over potatoes. Pour wine over mixture.
Add another layer of potatoes and peas. Add more wine, if desired.
Place onion slices over mixture. Sprinkle with more pepper, garlic and rosemary.
Cover with foil. Cook for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
Serves 4.
