Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
3 c. flour
1 1/2 c. Crisco oil
4 eggs
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
3 c. grated raw carrots (1 bunch)
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Combine all ingredients, except nuts, and beat.
Stir in nuts. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
Makes 1 large cake or 2 average cakes.
