Batter-Hush Puppies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. corn meal
1 onion, chopped fine
3 eggs
1 c. milk

Preparation

Mix flour, corn meal, 1/2 onion, 3/4 cup milk and eggs.
Set aside half mixture to use for batter.
Add remaining milk and onion to make hush puppies.
