Cream Gravy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. drippings
3 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
pepper to taste
Preparation
-
Melt drippings.
Mix flour in jar with 1/2 of the milk.
Pour in with drippings.
Cook until bubbly.
Mix in rest of milk.
Cook until thick and creamy.
Use wire whisk to break up lumps and make it creamy.
