Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. zucchini, thinly sliced
2 medium onions, chopped
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 c. carrots, grated
1 c. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
salt and pepper to taste
1 box Stove Top stuffing mix (chicken flavor)
Preparation

Place sliced zucchini and onion in saucepan with water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer (covered) for 5 to 8 minutes. Drain well. Place seasoning packet and stuffing mix in a bowl and add melted butter. Mix thoroughly.
