Italian Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 potatoes, peeled
    1/2 c. Italian salad dressing
    3 Tbsp. melted butter
    salt and pepper
    parsley
Preparation
    Slice potatoes 1-inch thick. Place in 2-quart casserole. Add salad dressing and butter. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and parsley. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes until potatoes are tender. Serves 5.
