Candied Yams - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 or 6 sweet potatoes
1 stick margarine
1 c. white sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
Preparation

Boil
potatoes with peelings.
When potatoes are tender and cool,
peel and slice in quarters.
Place in baking dish. Put margarine
and sugars (white and brown) over top of potatoes. Cover with lid.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
