Golden Parmesan Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 large potatoes
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. oleo
Preparation
    Peel potatoes; cut in quarters.
    Mix all dry ingredients in paper bag.
    Moisten potatoes with water and then shake in bag. Melt oleo in 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Layer potatoes.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
    Turn only once.
    When brown, sprinkle with parsley.
