Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. well-drained, mashed sweet potatoes
1 (14 oz.) can sweet milk
2 large eggs
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1 (9-inch) pie shell with high fluted rim
allspice or other kind of spice you like

Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Beat together sweet potatoes, milk, eggs, vanilla, spice and salt until smooth.
Pour mixture into pie shell and bake in rimmed baking sheet 60 to 65 minutes or until center appears set when pie is gently moved.
Remove to wire rack and cool before serving.
