Brown Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small onion
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 can beef consomme
    1 can beef broth
    1 c. rice
    1 small jar sliced mushrooms
Preparation
    Saute onion in margarine.
    Mix all ingredients in 2-quart casserole or 9 x 12-inch casserole.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour (until liquid is dissolved).
