Sunday Brunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 doz. eggs
    1 onion, chopped
    3 Tbsp. butter
    4 to 6 medium potatoes, diced
    1 lb. sausage, browned and crumbled, or bacon or ham
    1 c. cheese, grated
Preparation
    Brown onion in butter.
    Add potatoes to onion; cook until tender.
    Layer, in greased 9 x 13-inch pan, potatoes, onion and meat.
    Mix eggs as if you were going to scramble them.
    Pour over mixture.
    Bake, uncovered, in a 300\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
    Stir every 5 to 10 minutes so it cooks evenly.
    Top with cheese the last 5 minutes.
