Florida Sweet Corn Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. corn Niblets
1/4 c. diced Poblano pepper
1/4 c. diced green onion
1 egg
3 Tbsp. flour
kosher salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

Preparation

Step One:
Combine all ingredients except flour and mix well. Add flour a little at a time until mixture blends.
