Tortilla Roll-Ups - cooking recipe
Ingredients

large flour tortillas
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 can chopped black olives
1 small can mild, chopped green chilies (optional)
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Spread abundantly on flour tortillas and then roll each tortilla up tightly.
The cheese sticks them together.
These may be sent in lunches like this or cut in about 1-inch slices and served with mild salsa for parties.
