Earthquake Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. coconut
    1 box German chocolate cake mix
    1 small box instant chocolate pudding
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 box 10x sugar
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 stick butter
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Grease and flour 13 x 9-inch pan. Spread coconut and pecans in bottom of pan.
    Mix cake mix according to directions.
    Add dry instant pudding.
    Pour over coconut and pecans.
    Mix cream cheese, butter and 10x sugar.
    Drop by spoonful over cake.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes exactly.
    Cake will be shaky when taken out but will set up.
