Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 1/2 c. oil
3 eggs
1 tsp. baking powder
2 jars strained carrots (baby junior size)
Preparation

Blend sugar, oil and carrots together.
Add dry ingredients. Add flour and eggs and mix well.
Pour into greased and floured layer pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until done.
Use Foolproof Caramel Icing.
