Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    fresh mushrooms
    1/3 c. shortening
    bell pepper
    onions
    2 eggs
    2 pkg. fried rice mix
    soy sauce to taste
    may add meat and tomatoes
Preparation
    Add shortening and scramble eggs; saute bell pepper for 2 to 3 minutes.
    Add ingredients until done; add rice and soy sauce, salt and pepper to taste.
    Simmer for 5 to 10 minutes, then serve.
