Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. white sugar
1 c. oil
4 eggs, beaten
2 3/4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 2/3 c. unsweetened applesauce
3 c. grated carrots
nuts and raisins (optional)
Preparation

Blend sugar, oil and eggs together until creamy.
Sift together flour, soda, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Add to sugar mixture; beat well.
Add applesauce, grated carrots, nuts and raisins if you like.
Blend well and pour into Bundt pan and bake at 350\u00b0 until done.
Spread with powdered sugar icing when cool.
