Cauliflower Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. milk
    3 c. cauliflower
    Swiss cheese
Preparation
    Melt butter in saucepan over low heat.
    Blend flour, salt, pepper and milk.
    Cook quickly, stirring constantly.
    Cook 3 cups cauliflower with cream sauce.
    Top with Swiss cheese and bake until brown.
