Fresh Pear Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. cooking oil
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. chopped, peeled pears
1 c. chopped pecans
3 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Blend together sugar, eggs and cooking oil.
Stir in pears and pecans.
Sift dry ingredients together and blend into sugar mixture.
Pour into 13 x 9-inch cake pan or Bundt pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until browned.
