Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. Wesson oil
    2 c. sugar
    3 well beaten eggs
    2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. raw apples, chopped
    1 c. nuts
Preparation
    Beat oil, sugar, eggs, flour, cinnamon and vanilla together until well blended.
    Fold in apples and nuts.
    Bake in well oiled and floured 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan for 40 to 50 minutes at 350\u00b0. Sprinkle top with powdered sugar.
