Asian Barbecue Marinade - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. peanut oil
1/4 c. hoisin sauce
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. rice or white vinegar
1/4 c. red wine or sherry
1/2 tsp. hot chili oil (optional)
dash of sesame oil (optional)
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 Tbsp. minced fresh ginger
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Marinate chicken, pork, flank steak or beef overnight in refrigerator, or at least 2 hours.
Use the marinade to baste the meat as it grills.
