Mexican Torte - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 to 1 lb. ground beef or ground turkey
    8 to 10 oz. medium salsa
    1 to 2 peeled fresh tomatoes or small can peeled tomatoes, drained
    1 corn bread or muffin mix (for 6 muffins), prepared according to pkg. instructions
Preparation
    Brown ground beef or turkey, salt and pepper to taste and drain off excess fat.
    Add to beef the medium salsa and tomatoes and simmer for 5 or 10 minutes.
