Cornbread - cooking recipe

1 1/2 c. meal
1 c. flour
1 egg
2 c. buttermilk
Preparation

In bowl, add meal and flour.
Stir.
Add egg and buttermilk. Mix well.
Put oil in skillet and pour mixture into skillet.
Bake at 400\u00b0 until done.
