Virginia'S Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 c. catsup
    1 tsp. hot sauce
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 pkg. dry onion soup
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 c. milk or water
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Shape into a loaf.
    Bake in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
    After meat loaf is cooked, take out of oven.
    Mix 1 cup catsup and 1 tablespoon firmly packed brown sugar.
    Pour over meat loaf.
    Turn oven down to 200\u00b0.
    Bake 20 minutes longer.
