Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    4 oz. Velveeta cheese
    1 c. milk
    15 oz. frozen broccoli
    1/3 c. crushed Town House crackers
Preparation
    Melt butter.
    Add flour; stir.
    Add cheeses and milk; cook until thick and bubbly.
    Stir in broccoli.
    Place in casserole dish; top with cracker crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Serves 8.
