Great Grandmother Robinson'S Chocolate Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour (heaping)
    1 1/2 Tbsp. cocoa (heaping)
    2 egg yolks (save whites for meringue)
    1/3 c. butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Scald milk on medium heat.
    Mix together dry ingredients. Separate eggs.
    Stir in about 2 tablespoons dry mixture with egg yolks so when added to the milk it will not curdle.
    Add flour mixture to milk slowly and let get thick.
    Add butter and vanilla while hot.
    Pour into cooked pie crust.
    Put meringue on and cook.
