Working Girl'S Chewy Butter Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. confectioners sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 pkg. yellow, white or pineapple cake mix
3 eggs
1/4 lb. butter

Preparation

Grease and flour a 13 x 9
x
2-inch pan.
Melt butter; cool. Add butter to 1 beaten egg.
Spread
mixture in pan and sprinkle with dry cake mix.
Blend cheese and remaining 2 eggs with sugar and pour over dry cake mix.
Bake
at
350\u00b0
for 45 minutes.
When cool, sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
