Libby'S Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 3/4 c. cake flour
    2 c. cooking oil
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 Tbsp. cocoa
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. vinegar
    red food coloring
Preparation
    Cream together oil, sugar and vanilla.
    Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition.
    Add red food coloring and vinegar. In a separate bowl, mix together flour, baking soda, salt, and cocoa.
    Sift flour mixture and add to batter alternately with buttermilk.
    Pour batter into three 8 inch round cake pans and bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Remove from oven and let cool before icing.
