Taco Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes with green chilies
    1 head lettuce, shredded
    2 tomatoes, shredded
    2 tomatoes, chopped
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. Fritos
    6 to 8 dashes cumin
Preparation
    Brown ground chuck, bell pepper and onion together.
    Add spices.
    Melt cheese and Ro-Tel tomatoes in double boiler.
    Layer on platter in this order: lettuce, tomatoes, chips, hot meat mixture and top with Ro-Tel and cheese mixture.
    Serve immediately.
