Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 1/2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
3 c. apples
3/4 c. oil
2 eggs

Preparation

Beat oil with eggs.
Chop apples.
Pour oil over apples.
Let stand while mixing dry ingredients.
Add to apple and oil mixture. Bake in tube pan for 1 hour at 350\u00b0 in an oblong pan for 40 minutes.
