Aunt Edith'S Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. crab meat
    1 Tbsp. cracker crumbs or more (roll crackers with rolling pin)
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    1/2 c. mayonnaise (or less)
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 egg
    1 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
Preparation
    Mix cracker crumbs, parsley flakes, mayonnaise, mustard, egg and Old Bay together.
    Add to crab meat (always check crab meat for shells).
    Stir lightly.
    Shape into a crab cake.
    Refrigerate approximately 15 minutes.
    Saute in 2 tablespoons of oil and margarine until brown.
