Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 egg, beaten well
    1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1/4 c. cooking oil
    1/2 c. milk
    brown sugar
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well (except brown sugar).
    Pour into greased 8 or 9-inch cake pan (or 9 x 9-inch dish).
    Sprinkle brown sugar on top.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
