One Pan Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. rice (long grain-regular)
    1 c. water, slightly salted
    1 qt. milk
    1/4 c. butter
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. raisins (optional)
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Pour rice slowly into boiling water. Cover and cook 7 minutes. Add the milk and butter.
    Stir a little and bring to a boil. Cover and turn to low. Cook 1 hour.
