Oven Fried Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large unpeeled potatoes
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Wash and cut potatoes lengthwise into 4 wedges.
    Place skin side down in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Combine remaining ingredients; brush over potatoes.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour, brushing with oil/cheese mixture at 15 minute intervals.
    Turn potatoes for last 15 minutes.
