Alfredo Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1 c. whipping cream (room temperature)
1/2 c. grated fresh Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. grated fresh Romano cheese
2 Tbsp. snipped parsley
dash of nutmeg (optional)
garlic powder to taste
salt to taste
pepper to taste
Preparation

Over low heat, mix all ingredients until cheese melts.
Serve immediately over hot fettucini or spaghetti.
