Pepper Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 large red peppers
12 large peppers (green)
4 large onions
1 pt. vinegar
2 c. sugar
cloves and allspice to taste
Preparation

Grind and drain the peppers and onions together.
Pour hot water (boiling) over and let stand 10 minutes to drain.
Put sugar, salt, vinegar, cloves and spice in large pot.
Bring to a boil and boil for 10 minutes.
Put in jars and seal.
