Vegetable Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. thawed frozen spinach
    3 c. sliced zucchini
    3 c. cottage cheese
    2 c. sliced mushrooms
    2 c. finely grated carrots
    1 c. chopped onion
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    3 1/2 c. tomato sauce
    4 1/2 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
    9 cooked lasagna noodles
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine the first 8 ingredients; mix well.
