Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. veal shoulder, cut up (chop suey meat)
    flour
    2 medium onions, chopped fine
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 small can drained mushrooms
    2 c. celery, chopped
    2 c. water
    1 c. uncooked rice (not Minute)
    1/4 lb. cashews (don't add until last few minutes)
Preparation
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Stir occasionally while baking.
