Sweet 'N Sour Green Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen or 1 lb. fresh green beans
    1 tsp. oleo
    1/2 tsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. water
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. dill seed (optional)
    dash of paprika
Preparation
    Cut beans into 1-inch pieces.
    Cook according to package directions, omitting salt, or cook fresh beans in 1/2 cup salted water until tender.
    Drain and set aside.
