Buffet Beef Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. butter
2 lb. beef, cut into 1 inch square
2 medium onions, peeled and chopped fine
1/2 tsp. celery salt
2 Tbsp. parsley, minced
2 cans (10 oz.) beef consomme
1 1/2 c. water
3 carrots, cut into 1 inch pieces
2 stalks celery, cut into 1 inch pieces
4 potatoes, peeled and diced
3 Tbsp. flour
1 pack (10 oz.) frozen peas
Preparation

Melt butter in a Dutch oven and brown the beef.
Add onions and saute until onion are golden brown.
Add the celery salt, parsley, 1 can of consomme and one cup of water.
Simmer for 1 hour.
