Peach Icebox Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

vanilla wafer crumbs
1 egg
1 c. confectioners sugar
1/2 stick margarine
whipped cream or Cool Whip
fresh peaches (about 4)
Preparation

Line a pie pan or baking dish with a thin layer of vanilla wafers.
Cream together the egg, confectioners sugar and margarine.
Pour over the crumb crust.
Cover with fresh sliced ripe peaches.
Top with whipped cream.
Sprinkle with vanilla wafer crumbs.
Refrigerate at least 12 hours.
