Trout With Hazelnuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    salt
    freshly ground pepper to taste
    4 whole brown or rainbow trout, cleaned and dressed
    4 Tbsp. unsalted butter
    1/2 c. roughly chopped hazelnuts
    2 Tbsp. minced parsley
    1 lemon, cut in wedges
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Generously season the flour with salt and pepper; coat the trout with the mixture.
    Melt 2 tablespoons of the butter in a shallow, flameproof roasting pan.
    Add the fish and cook over high heat for 1 minute on each side.
    Transfer to the heated oven and cook just until fish is cooked all the way through, 20 to 25 minutes.
