Broccoli With Tangerine Ginger Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. chopped onion
2 tsp. crystallized ginger
1 tsp. margarine
1 (8 oz.) carton low-fat lemon yogurt
grated peel of 1 fresh tangerine
2 California-Arizona tangerines, peeled, segmented and seeded
1 1/2 lb. broccoli, trimmed, or 2 pkg. frozen broccoli spears, cooked and drained
Preparation

In small nonstick skillet over low heat, cook and stir onion and ginger in margarine until onion is very tender.
Stir in yogurt, tangerine peel and segments.
Cook and stir over low heat until heated through (do not boil).
Serve sauce over hot cooked broccoli.
Garnish with additional grated tangerine peel, if desired.
