Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks
    1/4 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. melted margarine
    1/2 c. buttery cracker crumbs (Ritz Tidbits)
Preparation
    Drain pineapple; save 3 tablespoons juice.
    Combine sugar and flour.
    Stir in juice.
    Add cheese and pineapple chunks, mixing well.
    Spoon mixture into a greased 1-quart casserole dish. Combine butter and cracker crumbs, stirring well.
    Sprinkle over pineapple mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes or until crumbs are browned.
