Myrna'S Cocktail Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef (lean)
    1 c. corn flakes or bread and cracker crumbs
    1/3 c. parsley, minced
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/3 c. catsup
    2 Tbsp. instant minced onion
    1 (1 lb.) can jellied cranberry sauce
    1 (12 oz.) bottle chili sauce
    2 Tbsp. packed dark brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine beef, crumbs, parsley, eggs, soy sauce, pepper, garlic, catsup and minced onion in a large bowl.
    Mix well.
    Form into small meatballs and marinate in baking dish.
