Salmon Croquettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can pink salmon, drained
    1 1/2 c. mashed potatoes (instant or leftover)
    1 small onion, grated
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. bread crumbs
    3 Tbsp. oil
    green peas
    white sauce or ketchup
    tartar sauce
    horseradish sauce
Preparation
    Mix salmon, potatoes, onion, egg and pepper until blended. Form into 8 patties.
    Spread crumbs on wax paper.
    Press patties in crumbs to coat.
    Heat oil in nonstick skillet.
    Add patties and cook over medium heat about 4 minutes per side until golden and crisp.
    Serve with green peas in cream sauce.
