Arabian Meat Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
3 eggs
1 medium onion, diced
1/4 c. bell pepper
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 can (small) tomato paste
1 Tbsp. mustard
2 c. oats
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
3 or 4 potatoes, sliced
Preparation

In a large bowl, mix meat, eggs, onion, bell pepper, salt, black pepper, tomato sauce and mustard.
Add oats and mix well. Place into a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
Pat down to 1-inch thickness, leaving at least 2-inches on the sides for potatoes. Add potatoes, then pour juice from tomatoes over meat.
Bake in oven at 350\u00b0 until done, about 45 minutes.
Serves 6 to 8.
