Popovers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
2 large eggs
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Grease 6 ovenproof custard cups.
Stir flour and salt together in mixing bowl.
Add eggs and milk.
Beat mixture with mixer until smooth.
Do not overbeat.
Fill custard cup 3/4 full.
Bake until puffed and brown, about 30 minutes. Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and continue baking for 15 minutes.
Remove from custard cups and serve immediately.
Fill with butter, fruit, jelly, custard or pudding.
Can use muffin tins.
Makes 6.
