Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
2 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen broccoli
1 c. Minute rice
1/4 c. water
1/2 c. milk
1 medium onion
1 stick butter
1/4 c. Velveeta cheese (bite-size)
1 can onion rings
Preparation

Saute onion and butter.
Pour over rice.
Put frozen broccoli in buttered 13 x 9-inch dish.
Combine water and milk.
Pour over rice on top of broccoli, then put onion and butter on top of rice. Put cheese on top of rice.
Dilute mushroom soup a little.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes, covered with tinfoil.
Remove last 5 to 7 minutes.
Toss lightly.
Put onion rings on last 2 minutes.
