Ham And Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 1/2 c. apple juice
    1/4 c. golden raisins
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 lb. cooked ham, cut in slices
    2 (1 lb. 7 oz.) cans sweet potatoes or yams, drained
    3 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 c. crushed cornflakes
    butter or margarine
Preparation
    Combine cornstarch and apple juice in small saucepan.
    Mix well.
    Add raisins.
    Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened.
    Add brown sugar, lemon juice, mustard and pepper.
    Stir until smooth.
